The large-format feeder and extraction system automatically pick up and load materials into the cutting machine. Automatic detection of cutting marks enables a hands-free cutting process. A signal tower alerts the operator when the feeder reaches the minimum quantity so it can be reloaded, allowing visual interaction with the operator from a distance.

Dual-head flatbed cutter for fully automated and short-run production

• The feeder supports up to 500 sheets depending on thickness. Once in position, the camera detects the cutting marks and processes the cut file for preprinted graphics.
• Cuts and creases a wide range of substrates, from thin vinyl to rigid cardboard, up to 12 mm thick.
• Add QR codes to your designs for diversified production capabilities.
• Equipped with a 20 cm capacity feeder, conveyor belt, and output tray for seamless operation.
• Supports cutting and creasing for formats from A4 up to B1.
